1. Introduction 

By booking an appointment or using any service provided by Persian Massage Therapy, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined here.
These policies apply to all massage treatments and all aesthetic/skin services offered at the clinic.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not continue with your booking or treatment.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Massage Services

Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Back/Neck/Shoulder Massage, and Cupping Add-Ons.

Aesthetic & Skin Treatments

Dermal Filler, Botox, PRP Therapy, Microneedling, Mesotherapy, Skin Booster Treatments, Chemical Peels/Acids, Tattoo Removal, Skin Tag Removal, Piercing, Hollywood Carbon Peeling, and other professional beauty & skin treatments.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that all services fall under these Terms & Conditions.

3. Informed Consent & Alcohol/Drug Policy

All clients must complete a Consent Form before treatment.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• You provide your treatment consent voluntarily.

• You have truthfully disclosed all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and relevant history.

• You have NOT consumed alcohol or used any recreational drugs within the last 48 hours.

• The clinic has full right to refuse or stop treatment if alcohol/drug use is suspected.

• No refunds will be issued if treatment cannot proceed due to breach of this policy.

Arriving under the influence makes the treatment unsafe and invalidates your consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Communicate openly with your therapist or practitioner.

• Request to stop or adjust the treatment at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

• Inform the therapist immediately about pain, sensitivity, dizziness, or discomfort.

• Follow all aftercare instructions provided by the clinic.

Failing to disclose medical conditions may lead to complications, for which the clinic is not liable.

5. Treatment Risks & Expected Reactions

You understand that massage and aesthetic treatments may involve:

• Redness

• Temporary swelling

• Muscle soreness

• Light bruising

• Sensitivity

• Mild discomfort

For aesthetic services, additional risks may include:

• Temporary pigmentation changes

• Mild peeling

• Sensitivity to products or needles

• Bruising or swelling after injectables

• Mild bleeding with microneedling

• Temporary darkening after tattoo removal

These reactions are normal and do not constitute grounds for refund or complaint when treatment is performed professionally.

6. Professional Boundaries

• All treatments are strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual.

• Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or request will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

• Therapists reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment at any time if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

7. Medical Conditions & Contraindications

Certain conditions may require avoiding or delaying treatment, including:

• Recent surgery

• Fever or infection

• Open wounds

• Contagious skin conditions

• Deep vein thrombosis

• Severe varicose veins

• Certain medications

If unsure, seek medical advice before booking.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the clinic cancels your appointment.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment without price adjustment.

• Leaving the session early does not entitle the client to a refund.

No refund is provided for dissatisfaction with results if the treatment was delivered professionally and according to industry standards.

9. Privacy, Photos & Data Protection

• Photos may be taken for medical documentation (e.g., posture checks, before/after).

• You may choose whether or not to consent to photography on your Consent Form.

• All photos are kept securely and will never be shared without your written consent.

We comply with UK data protection standards.

10. Website Usage Terms

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking.

• Not misuse or attempt to bypass any system or process on the site.

• Respect intellectual property and not reproduce any website content without permission.

11. Liability Limitation

You agree that:

• Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

• The clinic is not liable for complications caused by undisclosed medical conditions, poor aftercare, or breach of alcohol/drug policies.

• You cannot file legal claims for normal, temporary side effects of treatment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate UK legal channels.
